Michelle Verret-Sullivan Joins Atmus Filtration Technologies as Executive Director, Global Compensation

Michelle Verret-Sullivan has joined Atmus Filtration Technologies Executive Director, Global Compensation. In this role, Verret-Sullivan will be responsible for ensuring our pay programs are competitive, equitable and aligned with our business objectives, while supporting our ability to attract, retain and reward top talent at Atmus.

Verret-Sullivan brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, having developed deep expertise in compensation and benefits, and specializing in total rewards strategies that attract and retain top talent. Her early career was spent at Fluke Electronics, where she established and scaled global total rewards infrastructure across compensation, equity, benefits, HR information systems and sales incentives, ultimately strengthening market competitiveness and organizational performance.

From there, Verret-Sullivan progressed through various total rewards leadership positions. As director of global total rewards and people operations at Advanced Sterilization Products from 2019 through 2021, she built a global total rewards and HR shared services organization for the newly independent public company, while at the same time designing and launching a rewards and recognition program to increase engagement across the organization. Following this role, she led global total rewards for Ste. Michelle Wine Estates.

Most recently, as total rewards and HR operations leader at FreshRealm, Inc., Verret-Sullivan partnered with senior leadership, optimizing total rewards programs to ensure competitiveness, scalability and alignment with the organization's goals. She played an instrumental role in building the company's career framework, aligning talent progression with compensation strategies.

These experiences in leading, designing and implementing total rewards strategies while increasing employee engagement give Verret-Sullivan the strong background needed to advance Atmus' compensation programs to meet the future needs of Atmus team members.

Michelle holds a bachelor of science degree in psychology from Washington State University at Pullman. She is affiliated with the World at Work and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and earned her Fundamental Payroll Certification.
