Synthesia has expanded beyond AI-generated training videos with the launch of Roleplay Sessions, a new interactive training experience that lets employees practice high-stakes workplace conversations with AI avatars. From sales calls and customer support to manager coaching, the platform combines realistic roleplay, real-time AI feedback, and analytics to help teams build communication skills through hands-on practice.

Unlike traditional training, Roleplay Sessions allows learners to rehearse conversations on demand with lifelike avatars that respond, ask follow-up questions, and adapt to the flow of the discussion. After each session, an AI coach provides personalized feedback and performance scoring, while managers gain insights into skill development across individuals and teams.
