City of Montgomery Parks and Recreation Department Unveils New Biscuits Clubhouse at DABOS Park

The City of Montgomery Parks and Recreation Department is proud to announce the completion of the new Biscuits Clubhouse at DABOS Park, formerly known as Riverwalk Stadium. A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on Monday, April 6, at 11:00 a.m. to celebrate this major enhancement to the city's sports infrastructure.

The construction of the Biscuits Clubhouse marks a significant investment in the continued success of the Montgomery Biscuits. Purpose-built for the team's needs, the new facility features a fully equipped weight room, a state-of-the-art training room, a dedicated coaches' locker room, a manager's office, and brand-new furniture and fixtures. The clubhouse also connects directly to the new batting tunnel, creating a seamless and highly efficient training environment for players and staff.

DABOS Park, located at 200 Coosa Street in downtown Montgomery, has served as the Biscuits' home since 2004. The stadium-capable of accommodating up to 7,000 spectators-was recently renamed following a new partnership with biotech company DABOS.

The ribbon cutting ceremony is open to the public, and community members are warmly invited to attend. Following the ceremony, guests will have the opportunity to take a brief tour of the new clubhouse, explore the updated spaces, and learn more about the improvements firsthand. City officials, team representatives, and community partners will also be present to commemorate this milestone.
