2025-07-17 Asphalt Improvements In Green Meadows Subdivision

The Public Works department will begin asphalt improvements in the Green Meadows subdivision starting on Mon., July 21. The daily work will occur between the normal work hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. The purpose of the work is to create smoother, safer roads, enhance curb appeal, and extend the life of our neighborhood streets. The road work is anticipated to be completed within 3 weeks, but the timeline is subject to change.

Work will proceed in the following order:

1. Canada Wild

2. Old West Trail (portion)

3. Firebush Way

4. Feathergrass Drive (portion)

Residents should:

• Plan ahead for the work on their street and to not have access to their driveways during the priming and paving processes (approximately 60 minutes for each process)
• Expect some work noise
• Expect extra dust from the machines (City crews are utilizing water machinery to mitigate the amounts of dust during the work)
• Expect NO INTERRUPTIONS to their regular trash pick up services
