We would like to express our sincere condolences and sympathies for those who have perished in, and all who have been impacted by, the recent tragic earthquake in Republic of the Union of Myanmar ("Myanmar").

In consideration of the serious damage caused by the earthquake that struck central Myanmar on March 28, 2025, as well as the many victims who are subsequently suffering from the effects of the disaster, Mitsui & Co., Ltd. ("Mitsui", Head Office: Tokyo, President and CEO: Kenichi Hori) announced today that it will make a JPY 10 million donation to provide aid for the affected areas and people.
Officers and employees of Mitsui will also make donations to aid relief efforts.

We sincerely wish for a swift recovery from this tragedy.
