Norton Rose Fulbright summer associate receives pro bono award from the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles
Faith Magbero, a 2L summer associate in Norton Rose Fulbright's Los Angeles office, has been honored with the 2025 Law Student Pro Bono Award from the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles (LAFLA).
During her 1L summer in 2024, Faith served as a law clerk for LAFLA where she conducted legal research and prepared memoranda, gathered and assessed evidentiary and other supporting documents, analyzed and assessed client needs and performed client intakes. She continued to provide pro bono services through LAFLA upon her return to University of California Berkeley School of Law in the fall and has accrued more than 400 hours of pro bono work over the past year.
Faith was honored at LAFLA's Associates Advisory Board (AAB) Fab Annual Summer Event on July 15, 2025. Norton Rose Fulbright served as a platinum sponsor.
