Synopsis: The Agreement authorizes CMA CGM to charter space to COSCO on certain vessels CMA CGM operates or on which CMA CGM has space in the Trade between the ports in North Europe (United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium), ports in Central America and Caribbean (Panama, Colombia, Dominican Republic) and ports in U.S. East Coast and the inland and coastal points served by such ports on the one hand, and U.S. West Coast, and U.S. inland and coastal points served via such ports on the other hand, and vice versa.
