Katherine LaVelle Joins Korn Ferry as Global Head of Financial Services for Consulting
New York, February 25th, 2026 - Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced that Katherine LaVelle has joined the firm as Global Head of Financial Services for its Consulting Solution. She will be based in the New York office.
LaVelle brings more than 25 years of experience advising global financial services organizations while leveraging data, analytics and more recently AI to drive measurable business outcomes.
"Katherine brings deep financial services expertise and a strong track record leading complex transformation programs," said Lesley Uren, CEO, Consulting, Korn Ferry. "Her experience connecting strategy, talent, and organizational performance will be instrumental in advancing the capabilities we bring to clients globally, and her leadership will be essential to growing our Financial Services business."
LaVelle holds a master's degree in business administration from Georgetown University.
