SL Green Realty Corp. Secures $1.4B Refinancing for 11 Madison Ave

Fried Frank advised SL Green Realty Corp. (SL Green), Manhattan's largest office landlord and fully integrated REIT, and its joint venture with PGIM Real Estate, in connection with the completion of a $1.4 billion, five-year, fixed-rate refinancing of 11 Madison Avenue, a 2.3-million-square-foot office tower in Midtown South. The new mortgage replaces the previous $1.4 billion of debt on the property, which was comprised of a $1.075 billion senior mortgage and two mezzanine loans totaling $325.0 million.
