Council will recognize business that has called Mission Viejo home for five decades

As part of the City's Business Spotlight program, the City Council on Tuesday, June 9will recognize a longtime Mission Viejo establishment on its 50th anniversary.

The business portion of the meeting begins at 6 pm in the Council Chamber at 200 Civic Center.

During the presentation part of the night, the Council will recognize AYSO Region 84, which has also served the community for 50 years, and Mission Viejo Girls Softball - one of the largest youth recreational leagues in Orange County.

The Council will hold a Public Hearing to consider proposed public Electric Vehicle charging stations in the Civic Center parking lot, and the awarding of a management and maintenance agreement for them.

In addition, Council Members will also consider awarding a contract to the County of Orange for continued law enforcement services provided by the Orange County Sheriff's Department for the upcoming fiscal year.
