2. Approval of draft minutes of the meeting of February 5, 2026.
3. Continuing Matters
a. V.R.P.P. 13 - The amendments to Rule 13 were promulgated by the Vermont
Supreme Court on March 2, 2026, to become effective on July 1,2026.
b. V.R.P.P. 60(c) - The amendment to Rule 60(c) was promulgated by the
Vermont Supreme Court on March 2, 2026, to become effective on
July 1, 2026.
c. V.R.P.P. 80.4 - Wills for safekeeping. Subcommittee update.
d. Standby guardianships - Subcommittee update.
e. Spendthrift statute - Update on abrogation from Ms. Corsones
f. 14 V.S.A. § 658(e) - Ms. Corsones to report on Oversight Committee's review
of need for probate division to file consents to adoption with the family
division and the Office of Child Support. Report from Mr. Langan on
communication with the family law section of the VBA.
4. New Matters
a. Minor financial guardianships - See email from Emily Wetherell and memo
from Justice Dooley. Volunteer needed for subcommittee.
