TRAFFIC ALERT: Lane closures on MO 78 EB over the Little Blue River for bridge …

JACKSCON COUNTY - The Missouri Department of Transportation will conduct bridge maintenance work resulting in single lane closures on MO 78 eastbound over the Little Blue River between Little Blue Parkway and MO 7 in Independence, MO on approx. Mon., March 23 at 7 a.m. until Fri., March 27th.at 6 p.m. All work is weather permitting.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
