Washington, DC - Tonight, U.S. Congressman Mike Haridopolos (FL-08) celebrates the successful splashdown of the Artemis II crew in the Pacific Ocean, marking the completion of a historic mission that carried humans farther from Earth than ever before.
Following splashdown, Haridopolos joined Fox News' Jesse Watters Primetime to discuss the significance of the Artemis II mission for America's leadership in space, national security, and building a permanent presence on the Moon and beyond.
"It's incredible-10 days in space, farther than any astronauts have ever traveled. And it all started at Kennedy Space Center in my district, where the country came together to watch history," said Congressman Haridopolos. "We are making historic investments in NASA because America is back, and as NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman just texted me, 'we're just getting started.'"
