Council Approves Appointment of Scott Green as Highland Village Fire Chief

Council approved the appointment of Rickie "Scott" Green as Highland Village Fire Chief. Green is currently the Assistant Fire Chief for the City of University Park where he has served for 27 years. Chief Green will officially begin work on Sept. 30.
