KAPOLEI, Hawaii, Aug. 11, 2026 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a 0.91-acre industrial property located within James Campbell Industrial Park for $2.9 million.

The buyer plans to use the property as a base yard for its general contracting operations.
