PARIS, September 3, 2025 - Kyndryl (NYSE: KD), a leading provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services, announced today that Generix, a provider of SaaS solutions for supply chain, finance, and commerce, and B2B integration has chosen Kyndryl to support the strategic transformation of its IT infrastructure by modernizing it for the cloud and preparing its teams for the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI).
As part of this collaboration, Kyndryl will provide a comprehensive Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) solution for Generix's warehouse management system (WMS)-a software platform hosted in Kyndryl's cloud and distributed across its data centers in Clichy and Montpellier. This secure cloud environment will enable Generix to reduce complexity and increase operational performance, resilience, and flexibility in the deployment of its critical WMS solutions for its clients. It will also give Generix the ability to support growing workloads by scaling cloud resources on demand, thereby allowing better control over operational costs.
Kyndryl Consult's advisory services will also be deployed to support the migration to the cloud in Montpellier for one of Generix's leading retail clients-a first step towards hosting several Generix clients at this center. This initiative marks a major milestone in Generix's digital transformation and IT modernization journey.
"We are confident in our partnership with Kyndryl. This partnership will enable Generix to deliver modern SaaS solutions to our customers while supporting their workloads with optimized operational costs," said Yannick Gloaguen, CIO of Generix Group.
"This collaboration illustrates our ability to support our clients through complex transformations by combining operational excellence, technological innovation, and human guidance," said Jérôme Calmelet, President and Chief Strategy Officer of Kyndryl France.
Accelerating innovation and AI adoption
Artificial intelligence is a strategic priority for Generix, which is evolving its solutions to meet the demands of a rapidly changing digital environment. To support this, Kyndryl Consult will work alongside Generix to integrate AI into its internal operations and products, launching a dedicated training program to build strong AI skills among teams, demystifying the technology, accelerating the adoption of generative AI, and equipping managers to lead this transformation.
Thus, Generix has rolled out a program of AI awareness and training for its 900 employees, aimed at deepening their understanding of technological challenges and promoting the adoption of artificial intelligence practices within the company. This need is all the more crucial since, according to the Kyndryl People Readiness report, 71% of executives believe their teams are not yet ready to fully leverage AI, and 51% lament a lack of qualified talent to implement it.
