(Sept. 15, 2025) - Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE: OSK), a leading innovator of purpose-built vehicles and equipment, today announced the appointment of three new leaders to its Technical Fellow Program. This initiative is a cornerstone of the company's long-term innovation strategy, designed to recognize, elevate and empower top technical engineering talent across the enterprise.
The newly appointed Technical Fellows include:
"The Technical Fellow Program is about more than recognition; it's about giving our brightest engineers the platform to lead bold innovations that impact our customers and communities," said Jay Iyengar, executive vice president and chief technology and strategic sourcing officer, Oshkosh Corporation. "These leaders bring deep expertise, bold vision and a passion for solving complex challenges. Their work is essential to how we innovate, scale and lead in delivering technology that makes a difference for everyday heroes."
The Oshkosh Technical Fellow Program serves as a catalyst for innovation and excellence, enabling distinguished technical leaders to drive advancements in critical technology areas such as electrification, autonomy and active safety, intelligent products, digital manufacturing and advanced analytics. Through this program, Fellows are given expanded opportunities to influence strategic direction, mentor the next generation of engineers and help shape transformative technologies that power the future of the industries Oshkosh serves.
Selection as a Technical Fellow involves a rigorous, multi-step process including achievement review, interviews with the Technology Leadership Team and a strategy presentation to the Oshkosh Technology Committee. Candidates self-nominate, prepare an application packet, and submit their qualifications to the Program Manager. Applications are accepted three times per year.
