DGA Statement: Another Massachusetts Debate, Another Victory for Governor Maura Healey
DGA spokesperson Kevin Donohoe released the following statement on the second Massachusetts gubernatorial debate:
"Once again, Governor Maura Healey wiped the floor with anti-choice, pro-Trump Mike Minogue, making clear that she is the only candidate who will stand up for Massachusetts.
"While MAGA Mike served up word salad answers in his desperate attempt to hide from his extreme record of bankrolling Trump and JD Vance and supporting their anti-abortion agenda, Governor Maura Healey played offense. She laid out how she will stand up to ICE's abuses and Trump's attacks on reproductive freedom - and improve the lives of Bay Staters, from cutting utility bills to making it easier to buy a home. The choice for Bay Staters is clear in this race: Governor Healey is fighting for them - and MAGA Mike isn't."
