The Ministry of External Affairs vide Press Release dated 09 October 2025 invited comments/suggestions on the draft Overseas Mobility (Facilitation and Welfare) Bill, 2025 by 07 November 2025. 2. The Ministry has now extended the deadline for submission of comments on the draft Bill to 24 November 2025. 3.
