Meridian Bank Named a 2025 Delaware Top Workplace by The News Journal

Malvern, Pa. (September 9, 2025)- Meridian Bank, the wholly owned subsidiary of Meridian Corporation (Nasdaq: MRBK) has been named a Delaware Top Workplace by The News Journal in its August 24 edition. Ranked first among midsize companies, Meridian is also the highest-ranking financial institution.

The Top Workplaces program recognized Meridian for scoring well above other commercial banks in three key categories: pay (17% higher than benchmark), interdepartmental cooperation (16% higher) and execution (16% higher). Meridian also earned special recognition for ranking in the top 5% of its benchmark in four key culture areas: supportive managers, innovation, cross-team cooperation, and work-life balance.

Energage LLC partnered with The News Journal to administer the survey, which measured employee experiences, culture drivers and component themes within the organization including alignment, execution and connection.
