CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (July 23, 2025) - The intersection at Hillsborough Boulevard and Bamboo Drive will be closed starting Monday, July 28, reopening on Monday, Aug. 11 to install a water main. Traffic will be detoured to Longley Drive.
The Utilities Department reminds motorists to always remain alert and to exercise caution when traveling in the vicinity of construction zones. Travelers should allow extra time when planning to travel through this area.
