Art Pop-ups in the Plaza
Due to the forecast of inclement weather tomorrow morning, the Art Pop-Up in the Plaza artist Amna Malik will be creating her art in the lobby of Lewisville Grand Theater, 100 N. Charles Street, from 10:30 a.m. to noon.
Each week will feature one artist demonstrating live artmaking in the format of their choice. Art forms can include painting, music performance, three-dimensional works, sketching, art-trading card creation, spoken word, and more.
This week's featured artist is Amna Malik. Her artist strengths are sketching, drawing, and painting. She will be working with watercolors and sketch pencils during her demonstration Saturday.
Additional Fall Art Pop-ups will take place on Nov. 1 and Nov. 8. Follow Wayne Ferguson Plaza or the Visual Art League Facebook pages for the latest details of the Art Pop-ups, including weather cancelations.
