John Deere is pleased that members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) at Horicon Works in Horicon, Wisc., have voted to ratify a new labor agreement.

We appreciate the constructive conversations throughout the bargaining process. Under the agreement, employees will receive meaningful wage increases while also sharing more responsibility for their health care costs. In return, the new health plan provides options and flexibility designed to meet employees' diverse needs and life stage. Thank you to both negotiating teams for their efforts in reaching this outcome.

Horicon Works manufactures Gator™ Utility Vehicles, riding lawn equipment, walk-behind greens mowers, and components that support other John Deere products and factories. The facility employs approximately 1,000 people and plays an important role in helping deliver the products and solutions our customers rely on.
