Re: Proposed Regulatory Cost Charges for Fiscal Year 2027

The Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (AOGCC) will hold a public hearing on November 17, 2026, at 10:00 am at the AOGCC's offices, 333 West 7th Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99501. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive testimony and comments on the final calculation of the fiscal year 2027 regulatory cost charges that the AOGCC proposes to impose on operators pursuant to 20 AAC 25.615.

Copies of the AOGCC's proposed regulatory cost charges may be obtained from the AOGCC by contacting the AOGCC's Administrative Operations Manager, Tracie Paladijczuk, at (907) 793-1245 or [email protected].

The hearing will be held in the AOGCC hearing room located at 333 West 7th Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99501. The audio call-in information is: (907) 202-7104 Conference ID: 883 690 690#. Anyone who wishes to participate remotely using MS Teams video conference should contact the AOGCC's Special Assistant, Samantha Coldiron, at least two business days before the scheduled public hearing to request an invitation for MS Teams.
