  • HubSpot has entered into an agreement to acquire Dashworks to advance our vision of giving every marketing, sales, and service professional an AI assistant

  • Dashworks makes business-wide search easy by going beyond your CRM - connecting data across apps, emails, documents, and meetings and summarizing the important details

  • The Dashworks team will join HubSpot's AI product group to enhance search and context gathering capabilities across Breeze

Today, HubSpot entered into an agreement to acquire Dashworks, an AI-powered workplace search assistant. This acquisition will bring together Dashworks' deep search and reasoning expertise with our vision to give every go-to-market team member an AI assistant.

In 2024, we launched Breeze Copilot as a first step in making this vision a reality for our customers. With Dashworks joining HubSpot, we're making Breeze Copilot, Agents, and embedded features even more powerful by adding deep search and reasoning, as well as connecting to unstructured data sources. This means individual team members will be able to ask questions in natural language:

  • Marketers can simply ask for the latest brand guidelines
  • Sales reps can ask for the status of accounts beyond what's in the CRM
  • CX reps can have it search the knowledge base for specific answers

In the background, Breeze will research business context both inside and outside of HubSpot, leveraging our ecosystem with over 1,800 app integrations. Then, it will summarize and deliver answers to GTM team members quickly.

"What's impressive about Dashworks is its simplicity-ask a question, and it instantly pulls information scattered across documents, messages, tickets, teams, and third-party apps," said Nicholas Holland, SVP and Head of AI at HubSpot. "What used to take hours now takes seconds. We're excited to integrate this powerful search into Copilot to create a true go-to-market assistant."

Dashworks co-founders, Prasad Kawthekar and Pratyaksh Sharma, and the team have built a powerful platform that connects to multiple data sources to transform the way businesses search. The Dashworks team will join HubSpot's AI product group to enhance search and context gathering capabilities across Breeze.

"Dashworks and HubSpot share a commitment to making powerful technology accessible to businesses of all sizes," said Prasad Kawthekar, co-founder of Dashworks. "With HubSpot's leadership in go-to-market solutions and their advanced work with unstructured data, our next chapter with HubSpot will help even more businesses unlock the full potential of AI in their daily workflows."

We look forward to welcoming the Dashworks team to HubSpot! For more information on Breeze, HubSpot's AI tools, visit hubspot.com/ai.
