Governor Sanders Announces Appointment

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders today announced the following appointment:

Washington and Madison County Prosecutor

Charles Duell, Fayetteville, to Prosecuting Attorney for the Fourth Judicial District, effective August 4, 2026. Term to expire when successor is qualified. Replaces The Honorable Brandon Carter.
