As Florida's E&S market continues to navigate shifting risks, evolving regulation, and growing demand, this quarterly snapshot ranks the top 25 brokerages in Florida's surplus lines market by premium volume reported to the Florida Surplus Lines Service Office (FSLSO), for Q3 and year-to-date 2026.

Rankings are pulled from data submitted by licensed Florida surplus lines agents through FSLSO's platform, offering a view into current market activity and the brokerages with the highest volume for Q3 and year-to-date.
