Jacksonville, FL (October 30, 2025): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, will soon begin building new homes in the master-planned community of The Preserve at Laurelton in Clay County, FL.
The builder plans to offer 250 single-family detached homes on 50- and 60-foot homesites with two model homes available soon for tours. The floor plans offered will range from approximately 1,700 to 3,200 square feet.
