WHAT: Love It or List It

WHERE/WHEN: Love It or List It Premieres Tuesday, June 23, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on HGTV and streams the next day on HBO Max®

WHO: HGTV's hit series Love It or List It starring real estate agent David Visentin and his designer foe Page Turner will return for 12 fresh episodes this June. After attracting over 17.2 million viewers across linear and streaming to its last season, the new season will follow David and Page as they help fed up families with lackluster houses check off all the boxes on their dream home wish list, either through Page's full-scale renovation of their current house or David finding them a new property on the market. From growing families to empty nesters, and even a couple that has never lived in their home before, David and Page will go head-to head in each episode to ensure the homeowners' unique needs are met as they decide to stay or go.

In the season premiere, the lone woman in a family of five is stretched for space and patience in her three-bedroom, one-bathroom home, and she hopes David can deliver an abode with enough room for the whole family. However, her husband believes their house has plenty of square footage for Page's creative vision to come to life and convince her to stay.

Love It or List It is produced by Big Coat Media.
