Announcing 100M verified members: building trust on and beyond LinkedIn
New self-serve API supports a safer internet by making it easier for more organizations to integrate LinkedIn verifications, and Zoom joins as the latest partner for Verified on LinkedIn
Today, we're announcing a major milestone with over 100 million members who have now added a verification on LinkedIn, which we set as an ambitious goal just over two years ago. This reinforces our commitment to creating a trusted community where professionals can build authentic relationships.
But we're not stopping there. We're continuing to invest in verifications and introduce new ways for people to verify as we work towards an ambition where every member, job and company Page on LinkedIn has chosen to carry at least one verification.
On LinkedIn, verifications help our members stand out with up to 60% more profile views, and up to 50% more engagement on their posts. And for organizations, they boost engagement, with 10.9x more views and 7.7x more followers on verified Pages.
Now, we're making it easier for any LinkedIn member to take that authenticity further across the Internet and emerging LLMs, and for organizations to integrate those trust signals into their own platforms.
More organizations can now bring LinkedIn verifications to their own experience
We're launching an easy-to-use, self-serve API that lets developers add LinkedIn trust signals like verified identity or workplace to their app, site or platform in just a few steps. This helps businesses give users a way to show credibility and reduce risk.
For example, if your users are connecting on a video call, collaborating on a project, evaluating products and services through reviews, or engaging with different profiles and accounts through messaging services, they can display that they have verified their identity or workplace on LinkedIn to help build trust.
We launched Verified on LinkedIn earlier this year to help organizations build trust and credibility through verified identities, and this new API will help more businesses easily access those benefits in a few simple steps.

Zoom Joins LinkedIn's Verified Partner Network
Zoom is now the newest Verified on LinkedIn partner, which will bring an additional measure of trust to millions of professionals who rely on Zoom for collaboration. This partnership means Zoom profiles will soon display LinkedIn verifications, so users can connect and collaborate in confidence.
"Trust is at the heart of every great connection," says Ross Mayfield, Head of AI Partnerships at Zoom. "We're proud to team up with LinkedIn to make it easier for people to show up as their authentic selves in meetings-securely, confidently, and ready to collaborate."
