Final Mat-Su Five-Year Schedule of Timber Sales Issued
The Division of Forestry & Fire Protection (DOF) has concluded public comment and agency review and issued a final 2024 Five-Year Schedule of Timber Sales (FYSTS) for Mat-Su Area. The schedule includes proposed timber sales for fiscal years 2024 to 2028, per AS 38.05.113.
The 2024 FYSTS is a scoping document that outlines proposed timber sale activity to be undertaken on State land over the next five years; it is not a decision document.
The final FYSTS is available at: http://forestry.alaska.gov/timber/fiveyearschedules. Physical copies are available at Area DOF offices. Individual sales may be viewed using the Alaska DNR Forestry Resources Viewer (in web browser).
