Advance Scheduling Window Shortened

To better manage trip requests, the window to make a trip request will be shortened from, up to one month in advance, to two weeks beginning January 2, 2026. The minimum of two business days by noon before the trip date will remain unchanged. For example, trip requests submitted by noon on for Friday, January 2, 2026, would only be considered through Friday, January 16, 2026, instead of through February 2, 2026. The goal of this change is to open space in our schedules that is being taken up in advance by scheduled trips that are changed later or canceled the day of the trip because of scheduling so far out.
