NAB support for customers impacted by Cyclone Narelle

  • NAB is providing assistance for customers affected by Cyclone Narelle in Far North Queensland

  • Customers encouraged to contact the bank when ready to discuss available financial hardship assistance

NAB is offering disaster relief assistance to customers affected by the severe weather caused by Cyclone Narelle in Far North Queensland.

NAB encourages impacted customers to contact their bank when they're ready to discuss a range of financial relief measures, including:

  • Credit card and personal loan relief

  • Waiving the establishment fee for restructuring business facilities

  • ​​​​​​​Concessional loans to customers seeking support to restructure existing facilities to assist in repairs, restocking and re-opening for business

  • Reducing and moratorium on home and personal loan repayments

  • Wellbeing support for colleagues and customers.

Given the severity of the weather conditions in the region, customers are encouraged to check the NAB Branch Locator for up to date information about temporary branch closures.

  • Personal customer: 1300 308 132 (8am-8pm, Mon-Fri & 9am-1pm Sat AEST/AEDT) 

  • Business customer: 1300 769 650 (8am-5pm, Mon-Fri AEST/AEDT)
