ALEXANDRIA, Va., December 4, 2025 - NIRI: The Association for Investor Relations, today announced that at its Annual Meeting on December 3, NIRI members elected the following five members to serve on the Board of Directors for a four-year term (2026-2029):
Additionally, Remy Bernarda, IRC transitioned to Board Chair, and Michael Steele, CFA, IRC, was elected Chair-Elect for 2026.
"Congratulations to these outstanding volunteer leaders," said NIRI President and CEO, Matt Brusch, CAE. "Additionally, I would like to thank Alexandra Deignan who is completing her term as Board Chair, and John Moten, IRC who is completing his Board service as Immediate Past Chair. I also thank the other members of the NIRI Board who are completing their terms of service: Clayton Bilby, IRC, Andy Detwiler, Kim Pinyopusarerk, IRC, and Robert Williams, II.
NIRI is fortunate to have exceptional leaders like these willing to donate their valuable time and talent to the investor relations profession and to our organization."
NIRI also announced that nominations are now open for the 2026 Class of NIRI Fellows and will be accepted until January 16, 2026.
The NIRI Fellows Program recognizes NIRI members who epitomize leadership, integrity, involvement, and IR knowledge in the investor relations profession. NIRI Fellows are called to continued service as leaders, mentors, content distributors and ambassadors of NIRI and investor relations.
Nominations may come from NIRI members, chapters, staff, the NIRI Board of Directors, or the Fellows Selection Committee. The following NIRI member categories are eligible to apply: Regular (corporate, counselor) and Associate (service provider, academic, or retiree).
