Venture Building Weekend Turns Philadelphia’s Suburbs Into Two-Day Startup Lab

Philadelphia, PA - United Effects Ventures (UEV) announced Venture Building Weekend, a two-day sprint designed to turn early ideas into real, fundable momentum, hosted at the Eigen X office in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, on March 13-14, 2026. The event is supported by sponsors JPMorgan Chase and Wilftek.

Over two intensive days, participants will validate problems, define customers, build early prototypes, and develop clear go-to-market strategies. Throughout the sprint, experienced founders, operators, and investors will work directly with teams, offering direct, practical feedback on product, positioning, financial logic, and execution.

The event culminates in live pitches evaluated by a panel of founders and investors. The winning team will receive up to a $10,000 investment from United Effects Ventures, along with continued support through the UEV ecosystem, including studio-backed guidance, introductions, and pathways toward incorporation and future funding.

Philadelphia has talent, ambition, and ideas, but not enough support to push people to actually build and pressure test ideas.
