Minneapolis, MN, July 2026 -- NorthCoast is pleased to announce a subordinated debt and equity co-investment in HighPoint Exterior Home Services ("HighPoint") to support its acquisition of Five Points Roofing.
HighPoint, a portfolio company of Lake Street Capital Partners, is a platform of local residential roofing and exterior services brands serving homeowners and businesses across Tennessee and North Carolina.
