Reconstruction Project to Begin on on 27th Street and Erin Street on Monday, July 14 July 14, 2025 - Beginning Monday, July 14, 2025, work begins on 27th Street and Erin Street as crews reconstruct the roadway.This project is taking place on 27th Street from Central Avenue to the Masonic Village and Erin Street from 26th Street to Thorne Street. It includes replacing water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, pavement, and some sidewalk. To ensure the safety of the traveling public and the construction workers onsite, motorists are encouraged to utilize Thorne Street and 26th Street to access any properties along this corridor.
