RV Park Reservation System Upgrade Slated for January 12-13

Fredericksburg, Texas - The City of Fredericksburg's Parks & Recreation Department will transition to a new system, Firefly, for all RV and camping reservations at Lady Bird Johnson RV Park on Monday and Tuesday, Jan. 12-13.

During this transition period, reservations cannot be made in person, by phone, by email or online. All current reservations will be migrated into the new system automatically.

This upgrade will improve the customer experience by offering a more streamlined and user-friendly reservation process. After January 13, reservations will again be accepted by calling Park Headquarters at 830-997-4202 or online at https://www.fbgtx.org/343/Lady-Bird-Johnson-RV-Park . Reservations must be paid at booking and can be made 12 months in advance.

Effective January 1, the park will also introduce a new monthly rate structure for greater flexibility. Visitors will now have the option to book monthly rates for up to seven months of their choosing throughout the year. Previously, monthly rates were only available from August through March, so this change opens more extended stay opportunities.

About Lady Bird Johnson Park

Lady Bird Johnson RV Park is located three miles south of downtown Fredericksburg off Highway 16 South inside Lady Bird Johnson Municipal Park. The site features 90 RV spaces with 30- and 50-amp electrical hook-ups, water sewer and cable TV. Limited wireless Internet is provided free of charge. Pets are welcome but must always be on a leash and picked up after immediately.
