[SUPREME] Willow Haven on 106th Street, LLC v. Hari Nagireddy and Saranya Nagireddy, No. 24S PL 00287
The Hamilton Superior Court enjoined construction of a group home on Willow Haven's property after neighboring homeowners alleged Willow Haven's building permit violated local ordinances. The Court of Appeals affirmed in a split decision. Willow Haven on 106th St., LLC v. Nagireddy, 228 N.E.3d 481 (Ind. Ct. App. 2024), vacated. The Indiana Supreme Court has granted Willow Haven's petition to transfer and assumed jurisdiction over this case.
