New Questions Added to MD Health Pathways FAQ

Did you know? A list of frequently asked questions about MD Health Pathways, a program that will provide telehealth access for Garland residents, is available at TapTelehealth.com/Garland. New questions have just been added!

Find out about the program's local staffing, the ability to connect in various languages, the option to call or FaceTime and more.

The Garland City Council voted to approve the program in August, and services are expected to launch next summer. To find out more, view the FAQs page or read our story detailing the program at GarlandTX.gov.

Residents who do not wish to participate in Tap Telehealth once it's launched can opt out before the program begins. City of Garland utility account customers wanting to opt out may email [email protected]. Within the opt-out email, please include the account holder's name, address, phone number and account number (if available).
