West February Place Closue on March 8
Beginning at 9 am on Sunday, March 8, West February One Place, from Elm Street to South Greene Street, will be closed to allow Duke Energy crews to complete utility work. The street is expected to reopen by 4 pm the same day.
Work schedules are subject to change based on weather conditions and operational needs.
