Community Health Systems, Inc. Announces Partial Redemption of Its 10.875% Senior Secured Notes Due 2032

FRANKLIN, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 2, 2026-- Community Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE: CYH) (the "Company") announced today that, on February 2, 2026, its wholly owned subsidiary, CHS/Community Health Systems, Inc., completed the redemption of $222,500,000 in outstanding principal amount of its 10.875% Senior Secured Notes due 2032 (the "2032 Notes"). As of the date hereof and after giving effect to the foregoing redemption, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the 2032 Notes is $1,780,000,000.
