CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Aug. 19, 2025) - Charlotte County Commission has scheduled a workshop at 9 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2025, in Room 119 of the Charlotte County Administration Center, 18500 Murdock Circle in Port Charlotte. Discussions include presentations on MSBU rate reduction options and revised work programs on the Cook and Brown Street Unit, Englewood East Street and Drainage Unit, Placida Area Street and Drainage Unit, Gardens of Gulf Cove Street and Drainage Unit, Harbour Heights Waterway Unit, Northwest Port Charlotte Waterway Unit, and FY26 and FY27 Ad Valorem Budgets - MSBU rate options and work program backup.
The meeting is open to the public but there will be no public input.
