Customer Care is upgrading to a new utility billing system to better serve you! As part of this transition, our office will have temporary service interruptions.
Key Dates to Know:
June 15-18: Extended lobby hours until 6:00 PM to assist customers before the transition.
June 18-22: Invoice Cloud payment system will be unavailable. During this time, no late fees or service shutoffs will be processed.
June 19- Customer Care lobby will be closed for system upgrades and preparation.
June 22: We will reopen with our new system in place!
June 22-26: Please expect longer wait times as our new system comes online. We appreciate your patience as we work to make this transition as smooth as possible.
