ACJC Formal Hearing - In the Matter of Britt J. Simon, Judge of the Municipal Court
The Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct has rescheduled the continuation of the formal hearing in In the Matter of Britt J. Simon, Judge of the Municipal Court.
The new hearing date is Wednesday, March 25 at 10:30 a.m. in the Supreme Court courtroom at the Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, 25 Market St., Trenton, and the Judiciary's public channels page. The hearing will appear under "Administrative Office of the Courts."
A formal complaint was filed in this matter by the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct on July 28, 2025. An answer was filed on Aug. 18, 2025.
The hearing will be held in accordance with the "Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, Rule 2:15, Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct," available at njcourts.gov.
