Union siblings striking

Over 100 Teamsters Local 320 workers at Chisago County went on strike May 1. They continue to engage in a difficult labor dispute after being forced to fight for the respect, wages and working conditions they deserve. Despite workers' efforts to reach a fair resolution, the County has not addressed key issues affecting the membership. Consider supporting our union siblings on strike by contributing to their strike fund or walking the picket line.

Nearly 500 UNITE HERE Local 17's members employed by Delaware North Company (DNC) as concessions workers at Target Field plan to strike on June 22. A strike vote passed on May 1 with 81% authorization. These workers make minimum wage and do not have access to healthcare through their employer. They are fighting for a new contract with fair wages, affordable healthcare, and job protections.
