On January 12, 2026, the Board of Trustees of KKR FS Income Trust Select (the "Company") declared a monthly dividend of $0.175 per share on the Company's common shares of beneficial interest, which will be paid on or about February 25, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 30, 2026. Shareholders may receive the dividend payments in cash or in shares of the Company's common shares of beneficial interest in accordance with their election under the Company's distribution reinvestment plan.
