(1)	Funtery Holding Limited is a British Virgin Islands ("BVI") company, in which (i) 33.3% of the equity interests are owned by Cyberjoy Holding Limited ("CyberJoy"), a BVI company wholly owned by Mr. Xie Feng, and (ii) 66.7% of the equity interests are owned by a trust established under the laws of Singapore, with Cyberjoy acting as the beneficiary and having the sole voting and dispositive power over the respective equity interests.
