Willkie advised ITE Management L.P. on its acquisition of North American Chassis Pool Cooperative (NACPC), a provider of premium chassis serving major intermodal markets across North America.
ITE's chassis platform now includes NACPC, Milestone Chassis, and Trend Intermodal, providing access to a premium fleet, coast-to-coast coverage, and a broad range of solutions. Willkie previously advised ITE on its acquisitions of Milestone Equipment Holdings' chassis leasing business and Trend Intermodal, among other transactions.
ITE Management is a leading alternative asset manager focused on industrial transportation and infrastructure.
The Willkie team was led by partner Justin Sommerkamp and included partner Dvir Oren, associate Omeed Malek, and law clerk Aryan Pour-Bahrei.
