Portland, OR - Today, Donald Trump signed an illegal executive orderattacking free and fair elections by restricting mail-in voting. This is a major escalation of his efforts to deny voting access ahead of the 2026 midterm elections.

The executive order is the latest and most aggressive federal action by Trump to limit mail-in voting, following weeks of pressuringRepublicans in Congress to pass his SAVE America Act.

"Trump and his allies see the writing on the wall.
